1987 Merger of the both autonomous laboratories for road construction in Carinthia and Lower Austria into the organization unit “Quality and technical development” in the company Asphalt and Concrete Ltd. and establishment of further two laboratories for recycling of building materials and bitumen emulsions. 1990 Takeover of the technical and organizational responsibility for the laboratories of the companies Ashpaltutepito Valalta, Arbau Gyor Utepito Valalta and Peci Asphalt in Hungary and the laboratories of the company DS-Morava and another five road construction companies in Czech Republic Establishment of five laboratories in Germany 1991 Establishment of the “Technische Prüfanstalt” Ltd. with subsidiary IMI Kft (Hungary) 1992 Opening of the central laboratory in Vienna / Austria 1996 Extension the activities of TPA in Poland and building of an organization for quality assurance for the motor-way building constructionsbau 1997 Establishment of TPA Company in Czech Republic and integration of all Czech laboratories 1999 Takeover the laboratories of IGN Leipzig / Germany Establishment of TPA Company in Poland on basis of all previous activities 2002 Takeover the laboratories of Strabag Germany and location extension in Austria up to 5 locations 2003 Changing the name of the subsidiary company in Germany SDT Germany into TPA Germany Merger of the Hungarian laboratory companies Bauteszt and IMI Kft Spin-off the laboratory organization of the company Ingstroy and establishment of TPA Bulgaria Establishment of TPA in Slovakia 2004 Changing the names of all TPA companies into TPA Company for quality assurance and innovation Ltd together with corresponding translation into national language Establishment of TPA in Croatia 2005 Takeover the laboratories of Strabag Romania and establishment of a TPA company in Romania 2006 Merger of Bautest Prag into TPA Czech Takeover the department concrete technologies from Ed.
